Full-Stream Elemental Analyzer.

MTI is working with Energy Technologies Inc. (ETI) to provide advanced predictive indices derived from ETI’s Full Stream Elemental Analyzer (FSEA). The FSEA uses PGNAA to provide real time ash composition, moisture and ash content of all coal delivered to this unit. These indices are being tested at a lignite fired power plant. The results of real time predictions for cyclone slagging index and the deposit strength index over a 30-minute period are shown below.
